The Kitchen Restaurant Group is a family of bistro and casual dining restaurants co-founded by Jen Lewin, Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk in 2004. The name 'The Kitchen' was chosen because of the desire to create a restaurant that would act much like the kitchen in one's home - a center of conversation and connection - the place everyone likes to hang out.
