We rock the Ramen scene, especially late night! Chef Miki Hashimoto the former owner of Japon Sushi has created more of a boutique style feel so he can focus on putting out amazing Ramen and Sushi. We are also so excited to be cooking over imported Japanese charcoal using a special "Bincyo-Tan" Grill. Local beers, world class Sake's and Spirits also grace our menu. Cheers
