Carlo is an Italian boy from Brooklyn, New York. His whole life he grew up around some of the best Italian cooking thanks to his big Italian family. Some of his best memories were around the dinner table with his family and friends! With a huge passion for food and dining, Carlo started working in restaurants at a very young age and has been in the business ever since. He started out as a young busboy, became a great chef, worked as a general manager, and now owns his own New York-style pizzeria. Carlo's goal is to bring the most authentic New York style pizza and Italian cuisine to everyone in Denver.
