About the Business

We started as a basement-operated pasta production company, moved to our first production location on Roswell Rd, inside Buckhead Village to make hand-made pasta for many restaurants, hotels, catering companies and Delta Airlines Business Class which carries our fresh pasta since 2014. Our Restaurant is open since June 2015 and we are now offering our products directly to the public. We are blessed to have been a great success immediately thanks to the support of our farmers market customers, our many restaurant owners and chefs sending us their family and friends and just representing Italy in the authentic way we believe is right!!
