After spending 15 years with Peasant Restaurants and working her way up the ranks from kitchen manager to regional director, in 2000 Maureen bought Pleasant Peasant and Micks Midtown and in 2008 designed her first restaurant concept - Peasant Bistro. Drawn to the diversity and energy of Midtown Atlanta, Maureen opened Campagnolo (Italian for peasant) in 2012 followed by HENRY's in 2013.
