Terica is one of few shop owners who can truly say she has done it all when it comes to Hawthorne Auto Clinic. Starting her career as a shop intern at 17, she found her true calling in the automotive industry and went on to earn her associate's degree in auto repair to become a shop technician. Years later she moved into a service advisor role at Hawthorne and eventually as a bookkeeper. When it came time for the original owners to retire, Terica was a natural fit to take the helm in 2020!
