At Yang's, we work hard to bring a new sense of cultural authenticity to Beantown. Our dumplings are not authentic in the traditional sense - they are not what the typical dumplings you see in the provinces of China. Built upon our family recipes, we have taken and meshed unique ingredients from our journey from Wenzhou, to France, and to Boston. My mom believed that the process of wrapping each pleats by hand and shaping the fillings into Instagram-worthy dumplings is what make our dumplings special. It is a process that took years of mastering the intricacy of folding each pleat of dumpling. As a family-run business, we hope to bring a taste of handmade dumplings to your next event!
