Born in Japan, Louie moved to Kaneohe, Hawaii at the age of four traveling back and forth throughout his youth. Looking for a change from the laid back culture of Hawaii, he decided to attend a military college far from home in Vermont. Between pilot training, assignments in California, Oklahoma and Colorado, he met and married Regan, who is also co-owner. After an eight year career as an officer in the USAF, he decided that maybe the laid-back culture of Hawaii wasn't so bad after all. He moved to Denver in 2011 and brought a little bit of Hawaiian culture with him. He picked up a Ukulele, grew out his hair and pursued his passion of making delicious food for his Ohana and this is how it all started. You can find his original music on iTunes.
