Business Owner

Johnny P. (Business Owner)

I'm a former competitive powerlifter who has won several Oklahoma State powerlifting championships in the past. I was fortunate enough to train under a 5 time world champion who taught me everything I needed to know about technique and form. Learning the essentials of what you needed to be able to pass that information on to a client so they are getting the best training possible. In the past I've also done a TV show called The Great Day Green Country show for a Fox 23 affiliate where I did a consumer nutrition segment for three years. I'm also the American powerlifting Association Oklahoma State chair. And one time I was the only man in the world who can bench press 405 lb for 25 reps and 315 pounds for 50 reps. I have bench pressed over 600 pounds raw, and have a totaled over 2000 pounds
