Since 2008, her last 4 garages have been converted into posh private gyms, mirrored and outfitted with the usual exercise machines, benches, barbells and a wall full of dumbbells and kettlebells (weights range from 5 to 100 pounds). The newest Tulsa, OK space is 1200 sq. ft. She opened for business Nov. 1, 2008. Her clients range in age from 16 to 90.

Originally from Florida, Erin grew up in western Maryland and became interested in weightlifting in high school, joining the Power Club as a senior. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1995, she started accumulating one fitness certification after another, while working as a private chef for celebrities and living back and forth between NYC and LA. After a few years of competing on the NPC Figure stage, and those many years of professional cooking, Erin relocated to Virginia in 2005 where she continued to teach every modality of group fitness for the next 16 years. Additionally, Erin opened her own personal training studio and began training hundreds of clients in small groups and one on one. Since moving to Oklahoma, she won her first NPC show back, after 19 years, in the Physique division and qualified at the national level to go further. In July of 2022, she placed first in her division of Women’s Bodybuilding, earning her IFBB Pro card.
