Health Zone is a medically-based, state-of-the-art 70,000 square-foot fitness facility offering an array of exercise equipment, an extensive selection of classes and a variety of programs. The facility is equipped with a 15,000 square-foot exercise area with the latest equipment, cardiovascular and strength training machines, free weights and three-lane indoor track.
It also has group exercise studios; Pilates studio; yoga studio; individual and small group personal training studio; basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts; two heated pools; a massage studio; Zone Appetit Deli and Kids Zone - on-site child care managed by Saint Francis' own nationally accredited Ave Maria House, a child care center for the children of Saint Francis Health System employees.
