As the first full service repair shop to open in a mall environment in 2011, IDoctor has repaired tens of thousands of iDevices - earning a reputation for quality and professionalism. The owner broke his iPhone 3G early in 2010. The only options available were a new phone or wait until an upgrade was available. The owner understood the value of money then (and still does now) and realized another $600 was not in the budget - he was more worried about supporting his family than a new phone. His girlfriend challenged him to repair it himself. Putting his doctoral research skills to use, Garry found a number of devices that could be repaired - saving many people a lot of money!'

Some of the repairs we offer are: screen replacement, button repair, battery replacement, FPC/board connectors, and just about any other problem your device might have! Our professionally trained technician have most repairs completed in under an hour! iDoctor has a respectable record with regard to water damage restoration. Turn around time for liquid damage can range from as little as an hour - increasing from there depending upon the severity of damage. While we have many reviews on Yelp, we have been repairing devices and saving the community $$ since March 2010. In that time we have repaired TEN's of THOUSANDS of devices. Many of our customers are loyal and continue to visit us and make iDoctor their family's repair provider! Garry S. (Business Owner)

The owner of the iDoctor is Garry. He is married with two children. The concept for the business was developed when he broke his iPhone and was not able to find anywhere to repair it - only expensive solutions to purchase a new phone. His wife challenged him to repair it on his own - which he did. His business minded personality lead him to see the opportunity to save people a lot of money while making a little money. The iDoctor was born. Already having an MBA, Garry was enrolled in a doctoral program. Running a business requires a lot of hard work and attention - forcing Garry to drop his doctoral ambitions in exchange for growing the iDoctor brand. His goals are to grow the business and expand into other opportunities that result from providing great customer value. Being able to help like minded people with iDevices and  providing a challenging and rewarding work environment bring great pleasure to Garry.
