About the Business

Steven Jaye has been exclusively an Apple computer user since 2001. He obtained great expertise with Apples' computers since that time. In the early days, he would help his friends and family with their computer problems.

Steven Jaye developed a business concept in Las Vegas around 2009. His first company sold used Macs and refurbished Macs.

The demand of the public started to include repairing the desktops, laptops, and cell phones. He went to school and graduated a certified repair technician.

Shortly after, he created the business concept for repairing cell phones and tablets called Brand New Again.

My Name is Alan Hernandez and I have been doing cell phone/Tablet repair for about 8 years now.  It all started when the unfortunate happened, I dropped my iPhone 3GS! After fixing my device I started repairing family and friends and it kinda just took off from there. I moved to Minnesota three years ago and met a very honest, passionate and self motivated person.  Steven Oberg, he was the original owner of BrandNewAgain and decided to move on from the cell phone repair business and entrusted me with this amazing business, BrandNewAgain!
