Mei T. began researching burger bar ideas in 2009. She quickly realized that there were no burger restaurants in Houston that served only Kobe beef burgers, so she decided to open Burger Palace in June 2010 to bring the best and healthiest beef to customers. This is why all her burgers are made with Akaushi American Kobe beef.

Akaushi beef has a natural buttery flavor and is rich in heart healthier fats, while also free of antibiotics and added hormones. This amazingly flavorful beef makes for a dining experience at the Burger Palace that you can't wait to share!

She has been able to eat the best food along the way in cities like Paris, Stockholm, Rio, Shanghai, Mexico City, and more. She enjoyed and appreciated these great meals so much that she wanted to bring great food to customers in the Houston area.
