About the Business

Having a passion for burgers (and food in general) while coming from a semi-Italian heritage and always having a special place in my heart for New York, I decided to combine all of my passions into one!
Having already been a restauranteur for many years I decided to put together a recipe for a classic New York Burger that is flame-grilled making it juicy and not fat with a burst of flavors that would make the person eating it think "if this is a burger, then what have I been eating until now"!
We make all of our burgers from scratch, grinding our own fresh meat which is top quality premium USDA beef mixed with our own seasoning and with fresh and organic products.
We also created our own sauce that would complement our burgers.
I'm proud to announce, so far anyone who has tried our burgers have had nothing but complements and have left with a smile on their face, and nothing in this world makes be as happy as having satisfied customers.
