Head coach Tham Wai Yee wanted to take training techniques typically only available to high performance athletes and incorporate them into a circuit training class that could be fun for the participants. SWEAT! was designed to include agility, coordination, strength & conditioning, power and speed into the program where participants could learn how to exercise more effectively and at an affordable price.
