About the Business

I founded Stabilis Fitness in 2013 following my active career in the military. The name 'Stabilis' is my former Battalion motto - meaning 'steadfast' in Latin. I feel this really describes my approach to what I do. I continue to study and am offering more services within the business such as bootcamps, 1-1 coaching, dietary analysis, online training and much more.

Hi my name is Andy and I have so much to share. I am passionate about fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change so whether your goal is to get fit, lose/gain weight, train for a specific event, tackle mental and/or physical health issues or simply to get the most from your fitness regime, then continue reading. I set achievable goals and make positive lifestyle improvements, motivating and educating my clients to make the right choices. Don't worry - I make the whole process fun and am often told that my passion and enthusiasm for what I do is contagious! When you come on board you receive the Stabilis fitness app to follow your bespoke programmes therefore training whilst away from me. A full dietary analysis and comprehensive report. Facebook private members page and much more. I am pre and postnatal qualified as well as programme design in obesity, diabetes and low back pain.
