Initially started out in Bannatynes Gym in Colchester as a self employed trainer. Due to overheads being very high, the transition was swiftly made into Freelance Personal training with great success, and more recently into Sports Massage Therapy.

I still have some availability for clients in both fields at present, and welcome all enquiries.
