SimpliThai started the business selling the cooking kits at the local Farmers markets in Austin, Texas.
SimpliThai believes in home cooking that helps build a strong relationship within families and friendships.

Therefore, we put together all ingredients in a bag including our homemade cooking sauce which is all natural, no preservatives, no MSG, most are gluten free and we also have many vegan sauces available. We provide the very simple instructions that take only 15-20 minutes to cook.
We are trying to be Eco friendly as possible..less plastic.

Kai was born and raised in Thailand. She was growing up around home cooking. When she moved to the States she always shared Thai home cook meals  with her co-workers and friends. They loved her food and asked for the recipes. She shared all her informations with them but they still had no luck. She thought she should put all ingredients in the bag including simple instructions and let the customers choose the protein choice. So, she and her partner started to sell Thai cooking kits at local Farmers markets in Austin Texas since 2017.
