About the Business

Folks... we're not a Korean restaurant. There's an overly helpful yelp employee who keeps 'changing' our category to Korean/Asian Fusion, but we're just... not.

I know the name sounds like it should be one, but while we draw on Korean influences for some of our dishes, those only account for maybe 20% or so of the menu items we have.

We're no more a Korean restaurant than we are a Japanese or a Vietnamese one.

The restaurant is somewhat hard to classify, I don't really like the word Asian Fusion, but it does a pretty good job of describing what we do.

Thank you for your patronage, folks. But no matter how many times you ask, we don't have kimchi on the menu and we never will. ;)
