Falecia ventured into the beauty industry in 1987 as a salon business consultant. She loved the energy she found in salons which was what fueled her decision to study cosmetology. After 11 years behind the chair, Falecia felt there was a need for a salon that catered to stylist's needs in a way that allowed their creativity to take precedence and thrive. She always has two goals in mind for both her team and clients, best service delivered and the most welcoming environment.
