Chef Ali Mesghali's love of cooking began while growing up in Esfahan, Iran and Los Angeles, California. This interest grew to become a passion and a career after Ali moved to Atlanta, Georgia. In the kitchen, as well as in the dining room, Ali is known for his pursuit of perfection, his intensity and a love for what he does. This unending aspiration for perfection has been instrumental in establishing the standard for Persian cuisine in Atlanta. His unique and flavorful touch has been wowing patrons at Rumi's Kitchen in the past 5 years and has created a place where people want to visit again and again.
