James-Beard Award-nominated chefs, Janine Booth @chefjaninebooth and Jeff McInnis
@chefmcinnis, have shared a love for food and family their whole lives. Inspired by his long southern summers, Jeff's passion for fresh local food led him to spend the majority of his time in the kitchen. Growing up in Australia, Janine was surrounded by unique flavors from all over the world.

While dining at gigi's Restaurant in Miami, Janine came upon a chance encounter with former Top Chef alum, and now husband, Chef Jeff McInnis.

After appearances on NBC/Bravo's Emmy award winning television show, "Top Chef" and the Emmy nominated show "Last Chance Kitchen" this match made in culinary heaven are now married and excited to add Root & Bone Indianapolis to their successful line of restaurants!
