Sushi Boss is a completely different way of doing sushi. You as the customer get to decide what combinations of flavors you want to try. Sushi is not that weird or strange. It is unique and different. We offer many different options for proteins, veggies, fruit, toppings and sauces. If you can't decide you can choose from one of our signature rolls. Some of our most popular rolls include:
1. Shimpin' Ain't Easy - inside-out seaweed wrap, tempura shrimp, avocado,
asparagus, BOSS sauce & sesame seed
