Dedicated to pure and unpretentious food, Riel is about highlighting local flavors, utilizing regionally-sourced products and allowing room for interpretation. Inspiration for the menu is pulled from the culinary landscape of Texas' gulf coast, Lachaine's Ukrainian heritage and French-Canadian fare.
