Imagine the centuries-old traditions of Italian cooking combined with the abundance of quality fresh produce and artisan ingredients found in California and you have Pizza Antica, a unique style of pizzeria in a class of its own.

Bacchus Management Group, the team behind Michelin-starred Spruce in San Francisco and The Village Pub in Woodside, brought this unique restaurant concept to the San Francisco Bay Area with the opening their first Pizza Antica in San Jose's Santana Row. "We wanted the restaurant to evoke the feeling of eating in a long-established pizzeria in Italy. From the interior design of the restaurants, to the friendly and casual local-neighborhood ambience, to the outstanding cuisine," says Brannin Beal, "We have a truly unique vision of what we want to deliver." Subsequently, they opened locations in Lafayette, Mill Valley, and Santa Monica.
