About the Business

Vito's was established in April of 2003. My name is George Nobile and I purchased Vito's July 1, 2005. The place is run by either myself or my son, Anthony (when I need a night off). Since I purchased Vito's we have been able to improve the menu and introduce some of my family recipes.

Customer Happiness is our #1 goal and our staff is well aware of my objective. Although it's impossible to please everyone, we do our best to. If you experience any problem while dining here, please ask to speak to me or my son, Anthony to give us the opportunity to rectify the problem.

Voted Best Italian Food In Silicon Valley in 2019 in the San Jose Mercury News, Vito's specializes in authentic Southern Italian recipes with a concentration on authentic flavors and tastes. We pride ourselves on excellent service to complement our dishes and we love our garlic. If for any reason you are not happy with your food or your service, please alert us so we can make sure your dining experience is exceptional and we can show-off our Customer Service Skills. Please Note: Our specials change daily so even if it is pictured on Yelp it may have been a daily special. Vito's entrees include Pastas, Chicken, Veal, Steaks Seafood entrees including a Fresh Catch of the Day and a "cut on premise" Steak or Chop Special. If someone in your group prefers Pizza, we serve "individual" sized pizzas for dine-in. "Full Size" Pizzas (14", 16" and 18") are available for "to-go" only. In addition to our traditional Italian fare, we offer Weekly Lunch Specials and Dinner Specials featuring a "Fresh Catch of the Day".. We are proud to say all of our Desserts are made here with the exception of our Gelatos and Sorbettos, which are equally as good, but...The Cheesecake and Tiramisu are to die for. All items are available "to-go" as well. Private Room for group of 20-44 available with notice. Also catering is available.

I purchased Vito's in May of 2005. Prior to being in the restaurant business, I spend the previous 30 working in the Silicon Valley. My last job was VP of Service at Indian Motorcycle Corparation in Gilroy. I spent a full year researching the restaurant business before I jumped into it. I actually spent 5 months working here, as party of my due deligence before buying the place. I am full Italian and have been able to inject many family recipes.
