Inspired by the flavors of Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, Turkey and Northern Africa, Petra's menu offers tried and true dishes from the Mediterranean and beyond that are specially seasoned with owner Khal Beleh's signature spices.
The new Belltown restaurant quietly opened its doors in August 2009, and, judging from enthusiastic customer responses on restaurant review sites, has steadily been gaining the approval of its local community.
