About the Business

Our passion for good food started in our childhood, when our family gathered every Sunday for lunch at La Nonna's home. While children played, La Nonna cooked for us and in no time the fresh herbs and species scents would guide us straight to the kitchen, where we delighted enjoyed the final touches given to prepare those magnificent traditional Sicilian dishes. And now, we've created Moderato to share a taste of our kitchen with the world.
