Originally from the Dominican Republic, Gorky came to the US in 2000 to play professional baseball. During the off season he worked as a mover and driver for the local moving company, Phil the Mover. After being injured and no longer able to play baseball he returned to Sarasota to work for Phil the Mover full time. He’s spent many years learning the ins and outs of the moving business and in 2016 made the decision to start his own company.
