About the Business

The former location was structured out of three mining homes from the late 1800s. These homes were united together to create the Colonial, the Victoria, and the Cantina. We recently relocated to the heart of downtown Denver across the street from the historic Brown Palace Hotel. Evolving somewhat over the years, we offer a "Tex-Mex" menu combining authentic Mexican recipes with flavors from the southwest, and continue to serve many of the same award winning recipes as we did the day we opened, including our famous green chile.

We are an award winning, fine dining Mexican restaurant, formerly located in a distinctive, historic Denver home built in 1887. A Denver tradition for many years, La Loma offers a unique environment with award winning family recipes. Happy Hour 3-6 pm every Monday through Friday! La Loma provides a variety of solutions for your special occasion including semi-private and can accommodate intimate dinners to large parties. We also offer a variety of catering options. La Loma offers brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm.
