KrankFIT began in 2011 and was the first cycle and strength studio in Nashville. Not only do we offer indoor cycling, but we also have our circuit strength classes to give you the best of both worlds. KrankFIT instructors are passionate about creating challenging HIIT workouts, with amazing music and personality. Clients will never have the same workout, and we guarantee that it will always push you in ways you didn't know existed!

Cycle-50 or 60: a 50 or 60 minute cycle class that incorporates arms, core and a HIIT based cardio workout. Circuit: a 60-minute dynamic total body workout that combines strength, cardio, rowing, and high-intensity interval training to build muscle and endurance.
