Derek Chirico fell in love with Italian food while visiting Italy in 2010. Since then he has enjoyed the culture, food and history of Italy. Derek pursued his passion for Italian cuisine and began training with a chef in Tuscany. He has perfected a large variety of dishes that will have you feeling like you are sitting in Tuscany enjoying dinner. He currently resides in Middle TN with his wife and three sons. He would love the opportunity to show you what the Italian cuisine and culture is all about!
