About the Business

A group of 17 of us met at Fit! and were forced to find a new gym. We were lucky to find a WSA, and after a few months the owner was looking to sell. The gym was purchased by the new owner January 19th and was rebranded to GRIND. From the front to the back, everything been transformed to make GRIND the best gym experience you can find.

Hi my names Allen Cork II, I recently bought WSA Fitness and just rebranded to GRIND. 2020 has been super crazy and with that at GRIND we’ve been redefining and perfecting the services we offer. I started working out 16 years when I first began playing football. In college  it continued and afterwards I navigated through many different styles of fitness, ultimately landing with group fitness. I truly enjoy group fitness and it’s competitive nature. It’s allowed me to achieve my goals, and become more functional and fluid as I work to get bigger and stronger. In that, my goal is to deliver the best facility possible to my gym family and athletes.
