John is the only Renzo Gracie Black Belt in the state of MD. December of 2020 Renzo promoted John to 4th degree black belt. He is a former pro fighter and celebrity bodyguard. He toured the world with Motley Crue as Tommy Lee’s personal protection specialist. John has trained with a who's who of the Gracie family and many other world class grapplers. He is also the head coach for the MMA, BJJ team as well as the top kid's competition team in Baltimore. We are very well established, producing champions in BJJ (gi and no gi), muay thai, MMA, and kid's bjj for the last 22 years.Categories
