Marshall Davis is a Raleigh native who spent his twenties traveling the world with his rock band. Later, he returned to his hometown to attend NCSU School of Design and fell in love with exotic spirits. Angela Salamanca (owner of Centro Mexican Restaurant) recruited him to help her realize her vision of a mezcaleria in Raleigh. Almost two years later, Gallo Pelón was born!
