About the Business
Los Tacos de García is a culinary experience that allows Raleigh residents to enjoy the delicious taste of Mexican food inspired by the flavors and traditions of several generations.
The Garcias have kept their Mexican culinary heritage faithful, without forgetting the recipes and flavors of their towns, Jalisco and Guerrero.
In the summer of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, they decided to open their Food Truck, offering a wide range of typical dishes from their region.
With their own artisan-made and golden tortillas, and with fresh, top-quality ingredients for each of the products they offer on their menu (tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas ...) they started their venture.
The memory of the flavors of his childhood continues to be the source of inspiration as well as allowing the family to stay together and move forward by reconnecting with the heritage, the present and the continuous evolution of Mexican cuisine.
