Opened originally as Raindogs Salon in 1994, Focus Salon has a long and trusted history of providing exceptional service to the Highlands borough and greater Metro Louisville. We merged early in 2009 with Pure Image becoming Pure Image-Raindogs, later to emerge as Focus Salon Highlands. We are located in the heart of the Original Highlands at the corridor split of Bardstown and Baxter Roads. We have recently re-branded and made considerable improvements to our service environment. Featured local artists change quarterly to enhance your visual experience. Proudly owned and operated locally, a member of the Highland's Commerce Guild and LIBA, The Louisville Independent Business Alliance and "keep Louisville weird!" movement, we pride ourselves on keeping revenue local within our amazing community. We are a Paul Mitchell recognized FOCUS environment for brand awareness and brand excellence.

Staffed and educated by two Paul Mitchell National Educators, the team at Focus strive to provide exceptional service coupled with the latest in hair and beauty trend. In additon to a full menu of hair services, we also offer a full range of waxing services. Our waxing specialist uses Cirepril wax, the leading sensitive wax out of France for all hair types. We carry Glo cosmetics, seasonal OPI, Paul Mitchell open stock hair products as well as Paul Mitchell Professional hot tools and accessories.
