We opened Poppy & Rod to create a space that celebrates beauty and culture of all kinds. We don’t take being trusted with someone’s hair lightly, it is a huge part of our identity. Hair is the only thing we wear every single day, so making sure that you see your true self when you look in the mirror is so important. We are proud to be an advocate for people’s own brand of beautiful. Every single client that sits in our chairs receives a cut and color completely custom to them. With clients from every walk of life, and it is so important to create a communal safe space. The culture we have built behind the chair is one of celebration and acceptance. Whether you’re grey, curly, pink, short, long, shagged or shaved… You look PERFECT.
