We are a boutique group fitness and personal training studio. Located in the heart of downtown Sarasota we cater to those individuals that want to escape from the impersonal atmosphere of larger gyms. We hire only the best trainers and have a wide variety of classes. TRX, Kickboxing, HIIT, Cardio-Core -Conditioning, Zumba, Boot Camp Classes and more.
