About the Business

The owner of 10Ten Fitness purchased an existing gym at this location that he had managed from 2012-2015. He started his own personal training business in 2015 and was later offered an opportunity to purchase the orignal business in 2020. He did not want to be affiliated with the previous franchise, as he was limited in the types of services he could offer. The gym was renovated and renamed to reflect the style of training. He now looks forward to this new chapter and is excited to continue bringing this method of training to the downtown community.

We offer one-on-one total body workouts using a slow cadance method with state of the art equipment. By using this style of training, we are able to save clients time while maintaining the same results of “traditional” methods. It is safe and effective for all ages and levels of fitness. We recommend just two 30-minute sessions each week in our clean, private studio located in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. I have been working in the fitness industry since earning my degree in exercise science in 2005. I am a certified personal trainer through NCSF. In 2012 my wife and I moved to Sarasota with our two dogs. We now have two young sons as well. I have been a part of the Downtown Sarasota community for the past seven years and am very excited to put my roots down in this new location. I am looking forward to helping you reach your fitness.
