Train with Kristi's purpose is to provide Training for All Levels of Fitness that would include: Personal Training, Athletic Training, High Performance Training, Tennis Fit Classes, Small Group Classes, Bootcamps, TRX Training and ViPR Training.

Specialties

Train with Kristi provides a great mixture of Classes and Personal Training. Small Group Circuit Training is held during the week at Bird Key Park on Mon & Wed Mornings from 9-10am, and she teaches a complimentary class called the Bayside Challenge Workout on Saturday mornings at 10:30am by the Ringling Bridge Gazebo! Train with Kristi also teaches a Tennis Fit class that is a lot of fun as all levels can join. It is a workout that includes strength endurance & Tennis all in 1 great class! It is definitely a great hobby to get into as you can burn lots of calories while having Fun! This class is held at Arlington Park on Tuesday & Friday mornings. Ignite 360 Training is also available along with TRX, ViPR, and Private Training to focus on individual goals!

Kristi Gutierrez is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Training has always been apart of her life as a young athlete playing Volleyball and even more so as an Adult Athlete picking up the game of Tennis. In 2011, she continued her education and became a Ignite 360 and IFPA Certified Fitness Trainer and Coach. In 2012, she became certified in TRX & ViPR Training. She knows how important it is to train the body correctly so that your body can perform at its' best when the best is needed for specific sports and to accomplish certain goals! Helping others to learn and to continue to live a happy and healthy lifestyle is extremely gratifying and she enjoys sharing experiences/lessons learned to help others reach their fitness and sports goals.
