About the Business

Craig Piatti is a well-respected beauty and style expert of 30 years. After attending the Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, L'Oreal and Redken Academies in New York City, Craig launched his professional career on the east coast, honing his craft and developing a loyal beauty and style clientele in both New Jersey and Manhattan.

In 2007, Craig made the move to Austin, Texas and quickly established a devoted following. He is an expert in the Art of Balyage, Hair Coloring and Styling. After several years as the Artistic Director of Naava, Craig decided to open his own salon. He and business partners, Tricia Dew and Dylan Lewis, opened Craig Piatti Salon in April 2017.

Several former Naava Stylists have joined Craig at his new salon. Fabienne Petit, Micki Russell, Angela Torres, Jean-Francois Minne and Rafael Montenegro are creating masterpieces alongside Craig! Also joining this team of rock star stylists is Roseline Banh, Master Esthetician. She specializes in both skincare and waxing.

Tricia is owner and manager at Craig Piatti Salon. After almost 20 years as a Graphic Designer and Stay-At-Home mom, she decided it was time to pursue other opportunities. During a hair appointment in January 2015, Craig mentioned his desire to open his own salon. Coincidentally, Tricia had just completed a small business class and was working on a business plan to open a food trailer.  Craig casually asked if she'd ever thought of opening a salon... And that, as they say, was that.
