About the Business

Rebecca Deutsch grew up in the glitz and glamour of Miami Beach where she learned at an early age that the sun can take a toll on your complexion. With a passion for beauty and skin care and after getting her bachelor's degree, Rebecca enrolled at Atelier Esthetique on Park Avenue and found her calling in life. After graduating Atelier with honors she worked for Downtime Spa, traveled the high seas on cruise ships for Elemis Spa, and extended her expertise to the tourists aboard. Renowned surgeon, Dr. Brad Jacobs, contracted Rebecca to perform laser hair removal, chemical peels and medical facials on his patients; and soon after she began assisting the esteemed Dr. William Boozan during Botox and collagen injections. In 2005 Rebecca founded BeSu, a boutique salon and day spa in the heart of historic Gramercy Park, because she wanted to create a Zen like oasis where neighbors could enjoy a cup of tea, relax and unwind with the best hair and skin care treatments Manhattan has to offer.
