Bloom opened it's doors in it's very lovely Chelsea neighborhood in February of 2010. Bloom's unique and experienced staff specialize in all different techniques of coloring and cutting services, and our reception staff will take their time to make sure you get paired with the correct stylist for your needs. Bloom's boutique is stocked with all your favorite organic skin care, hair care, makeup and gift needs. Our makeup artists love and use organic makeup and teach one-on-one makeup application courses.

Clarissa discovered her passion at a young age. As she grew older she realized that fashion and makeup was not just her passion; it was a form of art and she had a natural talent for it. She decided to strengthen her skills and knowledge by attending the Paul Mitchell School in Costa Mesa. She also attended Orange Coast College where she studied the fine art of fashion photography.Clarissa has worked with LA Fashion Week, traveled with Audi's International Car Show, and has worked extensively with dream weddings. After styling in southern California for many years she decided to move to the big apple to further extend her knowledge and better her skill for the art of hair and makeup With a love for culture, language and fashions around the world, Clarissa is most inspired when she is traveling. When she travels she is inspired by the scenery, music and color around her. She loves to take as many photographs as she can and she turns to these images and experiences for inspiration.
