About the Business

Bacchanalia opened in May of 1979 as the the American Dream for Mr. and Mrs. Pieri to open their own restaurant. Born and raised in Pisa, Italy, they came to America for a better life. They both had a great passion for cooking. Mr. Pieri, while in the Italian Army, was the chef in his battalion. Mrs. Pieri always loved to experiment in her kitchen creating new recipes; her neighbors loved the samples!
The restaurant was an overnight success. Their daughter was to take a leave from college to help them out (39 years later, she still is there).
Bacchanalia has a repeat clientele, customers become like family.
The restaurant has a great friendly staff that makes you feel appreciated and comfortable.
The restaurant has a cozy, dining room atmosphere, nothing fancy but homey.
Mr. Pieri passed away in 2006, but his dream lives on as a reality. Mrs. Pieri is retired, but still helps out making the ravioli etc
Today, their children Paula and Dan run the restaurant. Buon Appetito

Established in 1979.

We are not a franchise and we have been family owned and operated since day one. (May 1979) People feel like they are coming not only to dine, but also to visit us. We keep a close eye on our food, service, and staff to ensure everything is the way we want it to be, and how my mother and father envisioned and insisted it be.  Our Motto is Good Quality, Nice portions, Consistency and Fair prices to be Successful.  We are always trying to add new specials to our menu to make things interesting.
