Summer yields a far more fresh vegetable centric menu, while winter relies on a stored pantry of ferments, pickles, and preserves. An italian and continental wine list rounds out the menu with eight states represented, and a cocktail program that focuses on shrubs, shims, and house made kombucha. The cafe in the morning makes way for midwest italian inspired pastries from chef/partner Leigh Omilinsky served in a casual counter service environment, and the sprawling dining room to post up for your remote working needs.
