AJ was born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, where at least once a day he would walk to his favourite pizza joint, Vesuvio's on Ridge Blvd, and grab a slice. After many years as an entrepreneur, he decided to follow his passion and open up a Brooklyn style pizza joint in Vancouver, his home for 17 years. He worked with his family on Long Island, who own Sal's Pizza, and with that knowledge and experience crafted his own recipes which he feel best represent the childhood pizza he grew up with. Come grab a slice or pie where AJ will either be preparing your pie, or pouring you a beer. AJ's does dine in, take out and will be delivering very shortly. See you at AJ's!
