About the Business

Whiskey Six BBQ has been serving up local and organic BBQ in Vancouver since 2015. We started off as pop-up restaurant in Richmond for nearly a year and have been feeding thousands since then with our catering and events division. We are excited to have our busy little BBQ house in amazing East Van and continue to serve many happy folks. Our large East Van craft beer selection, BC distilled spirits and our craft cocktails are unique to Vancity.

Hello my name is Marc and I am the owner-operator of Whiskey Six BBQ. I have been managing and owning restaurants for over 20 years and love BBQ. After shutting down a BBQ joint in Calgary I was inspired to create the concept on Westcoast BBQ in Vancouver. The Lower Mainland is amazing with farms, ranches and artisan food makers. As a result we collaborate and build upon the food community and hope to be a leader in the Vancity BBQ food scene.
