When I was a little girl my dad would pay me a quarter to rub his back. Little did I know that would grow in to a rich and fulfilling career over 20 years later. Massage has been my passion since graduating from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2009, and I have had the privilege of being an instructor there since 2014. I have certifications in neuromuscular therapy, joint movement, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, sports massage, trigger point release, piriformis release, cryotherapy, Swedish and deep tissue massage.
